Each person engages with ACTIVATE content in their own way and at their own pace.

ACTIVATE encourages thoughtful reflection, self-awareness, and personal agency. Participants are always free to choose how they engage with the material and which insights feel most relevant to their lives.

Health, Mental Health, and Safety Support

ACTIVATE encourages individuals to seek support from appropriate professionals when needed.

If a teen or adult is experiencing emotional distress, mental health concerns, or safety-related challenges, support from trusted caregivers, school professionals, healthcare providers, or local resources is recommended.

In urgent situations, local emergency services or crisis support resources should be contacted.

Age and Participation

ACTIVATE content is intended for teens and young adults.

Some ACTIVATE platforms require participants to be at least 13 years old, with appropriate consent, in accordance with applicable laws and platform guidelines.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to stay informed about the content teens engage with and to support open conversation.
