Collaborators
Creating Brave, Honest Space Together
For mentors, educators, artists, and adults who lead with care, welcome. This space was built with teens in mind, and you’re invited to contribute with integrity.
Why Collaborators Matter
At ACTIVATE, we don’t pretend to have all the answers. We believe in showing up with curiosity, clarity, and care, especially when teens are listening.
We collaborate with adults who want to do the same. Whether you’re sharing a story, a skill, or a lived experience, what matters most is how you show up, with humility, presence, and deep respect for teens as equals in the conversation.
Our Guiding Framework
ACTIVATE stands for:
Authentic Confidence Through Identity, Vision, Action, Transformation, and Empowerment.
It’s more than a name; it’s a developmental arc.
Our content supports teens in discovering who they are (Identity), envisioning what matters (Vision), building the courage to try (Action), learning through the process (Transformation), and stepping into self-trust (Empowerment).
Every video, post, and Summit experience is designed to walk alongside that journey.
Who ACTIVATE Collaborates With
We welcome collaborators from all walks of life, people who are generous with their story, skill, or insight and grounded in respect for teen voices. This includes:
Mentors and youth advocates
Artists and creatives
Educators and coaches
Healthcare or wellness practitioners
Community builders and culture-shapers
We seek wide-ranging perspectives and lived experiences, especially those underrepresented in traditional platforms. Your insight matters because it reflects real life.
What Collaboration Looks Like
Collaboration with ACTIVATE is flexible, conversational, and always teen-centered. You might:
Join a recorded dialogue as part of our video series
Contribute insight to guide content direction
Participate in a future ACTIVATE Summit experience
Share tools, practices, or stories that support teen growth
Collaboration is about honest, resonant contributions from adults who care, shared in a space where authenticity matters most.
What Collaborators Can Expect
We take preparation seriously, because teens deserve thoughtfulness. As a contributor, you can expect:
Clarity about the format, tone, and purpose of your participation
A values-aligned creative process that respects your voice and boundaries
Freedom to show up authentically, with presence and intention
Feedback from teens that shapes and strengthens the work
We treat your time with respect, and we hold the space with care.
A Note on Care, Integrity, and Responsibility
Teens deserve more than surface-level content. They deserve to know that the adults contributing to ACTIVATE are trustworthy.
That’s why every collaborator agrees to the following:
ACTIVATE Contributor Affirmation
For Every Teen, Every Time
At ACTIVATE, we believe every teen deserves to feel safe, seen, and valued.
Every adult contributing to ACTIVATE, through video, writing, teaching, or creative input , affirms:
Every teen holds inherent worth and potential, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, religion, immigration status, or life experience.
We respect, affirm, and celebrate the full diversity of teen identities and intersectional experiences.
We commit to sharing content that empowers, educates, and uplifts without judgment, bias, or harm.
We uphold honesty, responsibility, and care in every interaction with the ACTIVATE community.
